What We Believe
Three Delta Capital exists to acquire and grow established businesses — not to flip them, strip them, or restructure them beyond recognition. We buy companies that work, and we make them better.
We believe the best acquisitions happen when the buyer respects what the seller built. That means keeping the people who made the business successful, honoring the customer relationships that drive revenue, and investing in the operational foundation rather than dismantling it.

Joel Goldberg
Founder & Principal
I've been building companies for most of my adult life.
In 2018, I solo-founded an automotive services company with just a single vehicle and a dream. Four years later, I sold that business in an 8‑figure acquisition to a private equity-backed strategic buyer.
We built that little company into a multi-state fleet and automotive services operation, serving thousands of drivers through partnerships with Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, and Amazon Flex. I hired the people, built the systems, and learned every lesson the hard way.
We faced every challenge you can imagine along the way — and we adapted. We found new revenue streams, solved problems, and came out stronger every time.
I've sat on your side of the table and know what it feels like to sell something you built from nothing. I learned what actually matters in a deal: transparency, fairness, and following through on your word.
After the exit, I made sure that the people who helped me build the company were taken care of. It wasn't a negotiation point. It was the right thing to do.
Then I asked myself what I wanted to build next.
The answer was Three Delta Capital. I love businesses, processes, and people. I wanted to be the type of buyer and operator that respects the people who built the business, and stewards them to the next chapter.
