Our Process
We believe the best deals happen when both sides know exactly what to expect. Our process is designed to be transparent, respectful of your time, and free of surprises. We don't play games and we communicate clearly at every stage.
It starts with a conversation — no forms, no pressure. We learn about your business, your goals, and what matters to you. You learn about us and how we operate. If there's a mutual fit, we move forward together.
We review your financials, operations, and market position to develop a clear picture of the business. Our analysis is thorough but respectful — we tell you exactly what we're looking at and why. You'll have full visibility into our thinking.
If the business is a fit, we present a Letter of Intent with clear terms and a fair valuation. No bait-and-switch, no artificially low anchoring. We set honest expectations from the start because that's how lasting deals get done.
We conduct a thorough review of financials, operations, legal, and compliance. We explain everything we need and why we need it. Our goal is to be rigorous without being disruptive to your day-to-day operations.
We structure deals using a combination of equity, SBA financing, and conventional lending. We understand debt service coverage ratios, lender requirements, and how to build deal structures that work for both sides. Our financing is lined up before we get to this stage.
We manage a smooth closing process and a thoughtful transition. That includes leadership continuity planning, employee communication, customer notification, and operational stability measures. The goal is zero disruption.

At Three Delta, leadership continuity and employee retention aren't afterthoughts — they're central to our acquisition strategy. We keep the people who make the business work, we invest in their development, and we communicate openly through every stage of the transition.
