Sir Peter Middleton (Chairman)
Sir Peter is a former Chairman of Barclays Bank plc and Permanent Secretary at HM Treasury. He is Chairman of Camelot Group
plc, UK Chairman of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Chairman of Marsh Ltd, Chairman of Barclays Group Asia Pacific Advisory Committee,
Deputy Chairman of United Utilities, Chairman of CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution), Chairman of Creative Sheffield (a
regeneration company), Chancellor of Sheffield University and Chairman of Bridge International (London based Islamic bank).
Malcolm Le May
Malcolm Le May is Business Development Director at Three Delta in addition to his position on the Advisory Board. Malcolm joined Three
Delta from JER Partners, a private equity investment manager with a focus on real estate equity investments. He joined JER Partners as a
Partner in 2003 and had responsibility for the development and execution of strategy for the business in Europe and its management across
the UK and Continental Europe. He was chair of JER’s European Investment Committee and a member of the Global Investment Committee.
Prior to JER, Malcolm was Deputy Chief Executive of Morley Fund Management, Deputy CEO of ING-Barings and held senior managerial
positions within BZW and UBS. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Group plc and Pendragon plc.
Sir Christopher Howes
Sir Christopher is a leading and highly experienced figure in the UK real estate sector. He was Chief Executive Officer for The Crown Estate
where he oversaw a portfolio of over £7bn in value. In addition to his role at Three Delta, he has various non-executive roles with Barclays
Capital and is also a director of The Howard de Walden Estate, which owns 92 acres of real estate in Marylebone, Central London.
Nick Land
Nick is the former Chairman of Ernst & Young LLP. Under his leadership the accountancy firm became a leading player in the global arena.
Nick holds a number of non-executive directorships including Vodafone Group plc, Royal Dutch Shell plc, BBA Aviation PLC, Ashmore
Group and Alliance Boots
