Paul Taylor founded Three Delta after twenty years' experience in structured finance. Paul spent six years at Rotch Property Group Limited as Chief Executive. During his tenure Rotch grew to holding £4 billion under management. Prior to Rotch, Paul was Head of UK Structured Finance at NatWest.

Sir Peter Middleton is non-executive Chairman of Three Delta, and was formerly Chairman and CEO of Barclays Bank PLC and Permanent Secretary at HM Treasury. He is Chairman of Camelot Group PLC, UK Chairman of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Chairman of Marsh Ltd, Chairman of the Barclays Group Asia Pacific Advisory Committee, Deputy Chairman of United Utilities, Chairman of CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution), Chairman of Creative Sheffield (a regeneration company), Chancellor of Sheffield University.
Sir Christopher Howes
Christopher is a non-executive Director of Three Delta, and has various non-executive roles with Barclays Capital. He is also a director of Howard de Walden Estates, and from 1989 until 2000, was Chief Executive Officer for Crown Estates.
Nick Land
Nick joined Three Delta as a non-executive Director following his retirement as Chairman of Ernst & Young LLP where under his leadership the accountancy firm became a leading player in the global arena. Nick is also a non-executive Director of Vodafone Group plc and Royal Dutch Shell plc.
