NHP Acquisition
The NHP Portfolio comprises 294 Nursing Homes located within the UK. The properties provide a total of 14,717 beds and range in size from 5 to 150 beds. The portfolio comprises approximately 232 purpose built nursing homes, 38 conversions and 24 part new build/part conversion.
The publicly listed Southern Cross Healthcare, which is the largest operator of beds in the UK care home market, accounts for approximately 87% of the NHP portfolio income. Additional operators within the portfolio include Britannia, Craegmoor and Four Seasons Health Care.
